Liability

Wander Woof offers professional dog walking and pet sitting services to pet owners. This agreement ("Agreement") governs the provision of pet care services by Wander Woof to the client. By engaging our services, the client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Client Responsibilities: The client must ensure that their pet is up-to-date on all vaccinations and is free from any contagious diseases. The client must provide:

• accurate and up-to-date information about their pet’s health, behavior, and any special requirements.

• necessary supplies such as food, medications, leashes, collars, and any specific instructions for the care of their pet.

• access to their home or premises for scheduled pet sitting visits or dog walking services.

Liability Release: While Wander Woof takes utmost care in providing our services, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses, damages, or expenses that may occur to the pet(s) or the client’s property during the provision of our services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Injuries sustained by the pet(s) while on walks or in our care.

• Illnesses or health issues that may arise during or after our services.

• Damage to the client’s property caused by the pet(s).

Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency involving the pet(s) or the client’s property, Wander Woof will make every effort to contact the client or their designated emergency contact. If we are unable to reach the client or their emergency contact, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding the pet’s health and well-being, including seeking veterinary care if deemed necessary. The client is responsible for all costs associated with emergency veterinary care.

Payment and Cancellation Policy: Payment for services is due prior to or on the first day of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled services may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled services.

Termination of Services: Wander Woof reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client fails to adhere to these terms and conditions or if the safety and well-being of our staff or the pet(s) are at risk.

By engaging the services of Wander Woof, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
